We highly encourage clients to call and book an appointment with us. Appointments can only be made over the phone with a deposit. **Walk-Ins are welcome but not guaranteed!**

A $15+ deposit will be charged per person when making an appointment to ensure the client and nail technician of their appointment date and time. This deposit goes towards the service. Rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours within your original appointment will result in a deposit forfeit and we will require a new deposit. **All deposits are non-refundable!**

There is a strict 15 minute grace period for every client, after this, deposits will be taken and will not go towards your service. **Any late clients risk loosing their service**

Nail art at our salon is very well-liked. For any references, please take a look at our Instagram. We RECREATE designs to the best of our abilities, meaning we cannot perfectly copy a set that is not originally ours because of different products/artist/ image filters/image edits.

Nail art varies in price, please be mindful of your nail tech's effort and time when doing ANY design. Please request a quote if needed, price increases with nail length and design intricacy. Please have a design ready upon arrival if requested. **Designs include: chrome, foil, flakes, rhinestones, cat-eye, hand draw, 3D, etc.

We have a 7-day guarantee on our no-chip, Acrylic sets, Gel Extensions and Dip Extensions ONLY. Does not include work from other salons! Anything after these 7 days, the customer is responsible for paying a small fee to repair the nail(s). 

**Our 7-day guarantee is only applied if the customer calls/arrives WITHIN the 7 days, unfortunately, no images will be accepted.**No nail repairs on weekends!**

We ask that customers come without any guests due to our limited capacity. NO children that are NOT getting services are allowed, this is for safety reasons and precautions due to the potentially dangerous and toxic materials used in our salon that could cause harm.
